Committee meeting 1 February 2012

Minutes of last meeting were approved without comment.
Hash cash, remains healthy for the AGPU
AGPU
Taxi service. A 12 seater pick up will be booked for the hasher in the north of the island. Crive will confirm the time and place for pickup. Same taxi will drop hashers back after the event. A time can be agreed at the event.
A 12 seater will also be arranged for the Red Fox pick up/ drop off. Please inform Blue lugs, the GM or scribe if you wish to make use of this. This is important as we may have to have two busses.
Same applies to Chaweng, if anyone needs a lift please let us know asap.
Music. B-liar has organized the disco music for the evening. Dixie band will also play that evening, they are doing this free of charge, thank you.
Hotel Anyone who wishes to stay the night can have a double room with breakfast for 1,500 Baht. Please inform the scribe if this is needed.
New Committee. We are still looking for people to fill several posts on the committee. Inform the GM if you are interested. Be aware if no one volunteers, the new GM will do the Hash democratic thing and volunteer you himself.

Web site. There were some comments about the web site and lack of photographs. Also a couple of volunteers to update the site. This needs follow up with the current web master, job for the new committee.
Black and Tan, having being doing the Piss truck recently is extremely upset to see that some hasher among us, help themselves to beer and do not pay. As he so rightly pointed out that is stealing from all of us. He suggests we set up a table and rather than have people helping themselves they are served and pay for each beer as they take it. No more paying for x number in advance.
He would also like to try and limit the amount of water people are taking, especially with so many people now attending, it is difficult to get enough water and beer onto one truck. So come on guys DRINK MORE BEER!
Food. It was suggested that some sort of food be put on after each circle, subsidized by the hash. This it difficult as Red Fox put on food and it has already been said that if the hash is up north there can be a BBQ. Whether a hash or a bring your own.
T-shirts for 100 run. Since we all have sooooo many Tshirts Habadash have been trying to organize an alternative like a beer condom. This is still being worked on, you have not been forgotten.
500 run for our hash is on 28th July this year. Please start thinking about it.
The GM thanked Hash Cash for an excellent job done in the past year, a hard act to follow.
