Committee meeting 10 January 2012
Present: Bagpipes, Bogtrotter, Wibbly Wobbly, Dipstick, Underdevelopment, Corkscrew, Feral Flaps, Strollin bones, No 27, Slim, Slim poussie, Froggie, Scouse Bastard, Blue lugs, Black and Tan, Trailer trash, Mutt n Jeff, White tornado.

Minutes of last meeting were approved with no comments.
Hash cash report shows the coffers to be very healthy and there will be no problem funding the AGPU.
AGPU will be held at the beach restaurant of the Orchid Resort in Hua Thanon, otherwise known as the Aquarium or Tiger Zoo.
Menu and cost have been agreed with the owner and we will have use of the swimming pool next to the restaurant.
Anyone who wishes to stay the night can book a room for 1,500 Baht, includes breakfast. Please let us know in advance for bookings.
The hash will provide transport from Chong mong area and also Lamai. Pick up point and time will be agreed on when it is known how many will be taking advantage of the transport. We will also have to discuss the ‘going home time’.
The cost of the AGPU for children will be worked out the same as adults, i.e. on the number of runs. They will then pay half price.
Raffle at the AGPU. As always we are looking for donations for the raffle prizes. So far we have donations from many of our generous hashers and a couple of local businesses. If you have any ideas or wish to make a donation, get in touch with the GM or scribe.
Music for the AGPU. There will be live music by the Dixie Blue Band. This band includes some new hashers and they are very generously doing this for the fun of it, so no cost to the hash, thank you guys. We still need some disco music, either live or disc jockey for all the dancers out there. Several members are making enquiries and will get back to the GM by Saturday.
First aid box. If anyone uses anything from this please do one of two things. Either replace what was used or tell Hash quack, Blue Lugs, what you have used so that it can be replaced.
Are we using the stocks for the outgoing GM and Assistant GM? A resounding yes for this. Corkscrew will check that they are in one piece before the event.
New committee. As you all know the AGPU is the time of year when the committee changes. There are many positions up for grabs. We need YOU to volunteer and give some of the guys a rest. GM will be happy to take your name. Don’t be shy, come forward.
Black and tan and Trailer trash have volunteered to take over the piss truck from this week until they return to UK. Think about it.
Any other business.
The piss truck is having to carry more beer and water with the higher numbers attending. However the back of the truck can only take so many eskies. We need someone to carry the ice, for sitting. This will leave space on the piss truck for more beer. It was agreed we can volunteer week to week to do this while the numbers are high.
It was pointed out that our 500 run is coming up. This will be the job for the new committee.
A lively debate followed when a question was asked about the 100 run shirts. This will be settled soon.
