HASH COMMITTEE MEETING
Tuesday 29 November 2011
Present: Blue lugs, Dipstick, Wibbly wobbly, Bagpipes, Bogtrotter, No 27, Dodo, Pissbowl, Mutt and jeff, White tornado, Crive, Red Mullet, Corkscrew, Froggie, No name bob, Bags, Honey trap.
Apologies: Wallace, Gromit
Approval of minutes of last meeting.
Past with no comments.
Hash Cash
Looking healthy with enough to cover current costs.
Xmas run
Question is do we want a real run or a themed run. Considering it is Christmas eve people may have plans especially those who celebrate the day on the 24th.
After a bit of discussion it was agreed that the Hare for that day, Blue lugs, and a couple of others will put together and themed hash. This will involve drinking in bars on the way round, but you have to be dressed up. More information on this will be forthcoming as it evolves.
Run on 31 December.
This is Red Mullet’s run and once again the question was a real run or a short run as people will be getting ready for the New Year celebrations. After a bit of discussion it was agreed to bring the hash forward by one day.
The hash, for that week only, will be held on Friday 30th with a hash BBQ to follow. Details will be posted by the Hare nearer the time.
Run 17th December. This run was raised as most of the female hounds will be off at a lunch with the SoS. Crive thought it a good idea, not to tell them where the piss site would be, then they would not be able to turn up for the circle and the men could take their own women with them.
It was agreed just to carry on as normal????
AGPU
This is still a bit away but the GM wanted to clarify will in advance how much the event would cost for the not so regular hashers. It was agreed the costs would be the same as last year.
30 or more Free
21-29 runs 250 Baht
11-20 runs 500 Baht
10 or less 1,000 Baht
Venue for this will be disclosed by the GM before the event!!
Back to the xmas run. Blue lugs will put on some festive fare for those returning from their pub crawl.
