Committee meeting 29 June 2010
Present: Blue lugs, Wibbly wobbly, Dipstick, Slim, Slim poussie, Corkscrew, Bagpipes, Dodo, Pissbowl, Red Mullet, No name bob, Gromit, Wallace, I’cummin, Strolling bones, Uan
Financial report was given by Corkscrew. The coffers look very healthy and we are ready for the 400th run.
400th run August.
At the previous meeting it was decided that for 500 Baht per head we could only afford one shirt. However since the coffers are looking so healthy it was decided at this meeting that we can afford a T-shirt for the Friday night run and a Polo shirt for the Saturday run.
This leads us to the design!!! Habadash have been working on this and requesting some input from other Hashers. Last meeting we set up a committee to finalize the design, Blue Lugs pointed out that we have been saying, lots of time. This is no longer the case, we have to decide and decide NOW. There followed a bit of general talk and folding of paper (many forms of design on paper from the Habadash). Final design for the Polo shirt was agreed and Blue Lugs will contact the printers with design and get the final price. Order will be for Medium, Large, Extra Large and a few ginormous.
The t-shirt design will be finalized by Habadash but it was agreed the Tiger coming our of the jungle on the back and the HHH Samui logo on the front.
Friday night run will be set by Red Mullet in the north of the island. Free beer for the duration of the circle and some finger food laid on at a venue to be finalized by him.
RUN TIME 18.00, that is 6pm!! Will put on website.
Saturday run is round the RSGCC area, free piss until end of the circle then onto the Red Fox for free BBQ and cheap beer.
RUN TIME as per usual 16.00 i.e. 4 pm.
Suggested we buy Block ice for circle on the Saturday, apparently it is much worse than our usual, so be careful guys and gals.
Red mullet has managed to contact the world hash site, will be passed to the scribe, well it is done while we talk, thank you Blue lugs.
