Koh Samui Hash House Harriers
Committee meeting 15 April 2010
Present: Blue lugs, Red Mullet, Wibbly wobbly, Dipstick, Slim, Corkscrew, Strolling bones, Bagpipes, Bogtrotter, No 27
Financial report was given by Corkscrew.
There is currently 84,000 Baht it the kitty.
HARES
Suggestion made by Dodo reference hares was discussed and agreed that:
Hare will not pay the registration fee
Hare will be given 4 free beers on the day for their effort. If there is more than one Hare it is up to them to decide who goes free and share or not the beer allowance.
Christmas and New Year fall on a Saturday this year. The wise men and women of the committee decided it was highly unlikely that anyone would want to run on those days, let alone set the hash.
Therefore Christmas and New Year week the hash will be on the Sunday. Boxing day hash and hangover hash.
Habadash
The 400th run on 28 August. There will be a night run on the Friday with a free Polo shirt.
The Saturday run will be a free t-shirt.
Habadash would appreciate some help with the designs.
They are also looking for a new printer, if you know one let them know.
Red Mullet will try and make a design. Have to contact the guys in Maenam who might be able to come up with something since they are designers.
Also need a generic design for our hash, suggest a Bull be included since our first run took place in the year of the Bul.
A small committee will be set up to try and finalise some designs. If you have any ideas please contact Wibs or Dipstick.
We need to advertise the 400th run. Will try and get it in the Hash mag.
Now we know what is happening we will contact other hashes and invite them to come along.
There will be a Friday evening run with food to follow and a Saturday run with a BBQ.
Cost for the weekend will be 500 baht per person.
There was nothing else left to discuss so we did the right thing and got on with some serious drinking.
